NuHome Tech was conceived as an enterprise dedicated to the founders' own values: passion for one’s chosen work, perfection in that endeavor, and persistence to actualize these principles. The 3 P’s of NuHome Tech are baked into the company’s culture, which sees low-voltage contracting as an opportunity to meticulously blend sophisticated technology with the real-world demands of homes and businesses. We don’t see our work as simply designing, installing and maintaining technology, but rather creating actual experiences for our customers. The goal isn’t for you to think about cameras and recording equipment, but to simply feel safe. Our customers should never have to think about which buttons on the remote to press, or which speakers to enable, but to simply bathe in a full immersion of entertaining sights and sounds when they please. Dimming the lights and setting precise automated schedules for that action should never preoccupy our customers; they should simply be able to comfortably see, whatever magic that might require. Programming today’s modern electronics to provide this sort of transparent operation is a task that takes finesse and patience. It’s as much an art as it is a science (and a business). Proper installation and programming technique also makes the process much more efficient and less costly, saving time and unnecessary repeat visits. Lauran Elmastian, CEO

Through 15 years of industry experience, Lauran has been immersed in every aspect of the business. From programming and engineering complex systems, to managing teams and understanding the administrative intricacies of running a high-performance AV company. Lauran has come to appreciate the many opportunities he has been given and understanding each of those individual business requirements has allowed him the ability and vision to oversee the entire business operation. With the responsibility of managing NuHome Tech as a whole, Lauran has an even greater drive to create a culture of authentic altruism. His number one priority is to simply surpass all customer expectations, starting with the first consultation we have together, to the lifetime relationship that we strive to build with all our customers. Lauran’s true passion is creating the magic he loves, hand and hand with our clients. “There is no better feeling for me than seeing the vision of our clients come to life in a beautiful display of sound and vision; seeing that smile at the end makes all of hard work absolutely worth it”. Levon Semerjian, CTO

Levon Semerjian is the Chief Technical Officer and Leader for System Design, Installation, and Programming at NuHome Tech. He started his career in the low voltage industry with a focus in security installation and programming of Alarm and CCTV systems. In 2010 he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering. His passion for learning different facets of technology inspired him to pursue and become certified in the following: Certified in Basic, Advanced and Advance Level II Control4 Installation and Programming, Crestron, PCNA (Professional Certified Network Administrator) for Pakedge, OVRC, and Araknis Network equipment, DMP Alarm Monitoring Equipment Installation and Programming, Lurton RadioRA2 & Homeworks Installation and Programming, RTi Automation Installation and Programming and Josh.AI installation and Programming. “Building quality and custom experiences for our clients is what motivates me. Advances in technology provide us with new capabilities every day, and we are constantly evolving to bring the utmost innovative approaches to our AV systems. Chris Halici, Administrative Manager

An enthusiastic believer of constant growth, progression, and efficiency regarding every discipline of life and business. Dedicated to providing the best possible customer experience. Graduate of the California State University of Northridge with a focus in Business Administration and Management. With 13+ years of experience in operations and customer service, Chris has an advanced understanding of communication and perfecting the customer experience. Alongside 8+ years of Managerial experience Chris is driven by what he considers to be the three most important aspects in any industry ... Quality, Service, and Efficiency.
